Creme de Menthe

oz cl
Serve in Collins glass

Ingredients

2000 70 1/4 ml oz Sugar
1500 52 3/4 ml oz Water
1/2 18 liter oz Grain alcohol
3 1 cl oz Peppermint extract (pure)
1 1 tablespoon Food coloring (green)

Instructions

Bring sugar and water to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Cover and let ripen for 1 month.
