White Lady
Serve in Cocktail glass
Ingredients
| 4 1 1/4 | cl oz | Gin |
| 2 1/2 | cl oz | Triple sec |
| 2 1/2 | cl oz | Lemon Juice |
| 1 1/4 | cl oz | Sugar syrup |
| 1 1 | Egg White |
Instructions
Add all ingredients - except ice - into cocktail shaker and shake for 20 seconds.
Egg white foams better when ice is excluded.
The add ice and shake for another 15 seconds.
Strain into large cocktail glass.
