Pisco Sour

Serve in Cocktail glass

Ingredients

6 2 cl oz Pisco
3 1 cl oz Lemon Juice
1 1 tablespoon Sugar (1-2)
1 1 Ice
Egg White

Instructions

Vigorously shake and strain contents in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, then pour into glass and garnish with bitters.
