Horse's Neck
Serve in Highball glass
Ingredients
| 1 1 | Lemon peel (strip or slice) | |
| 6 2 | cl oz | Brandy |
| 15 5 | cl oz | Ginger ale |
| 2 2 | dashes | Bitters |
Instructions
Pour brandy and ginger ale directly into highball glass with ice cubes. Stir gently. Garnish with lemon zest. If desired, add dashes of Angostura Bitter.
