Serve in Collins glass
Ingredients
| 4 1 1/4 | cl oz | Gin |
| 2 2 | teaspoons | Sugar (superfine) |
| 4 1 1/4 | cl oz | Lemon Juice |
| 12 4 | cl oz | Champagne (Chilled) |
| 1 1 | Orange | |
| 1 1 | Maraschino cherry |
Instructions
Combine gin, sugar, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled champagne glass. Top up with Champagne. Stir gently.
